As a Quality Manager (Data Centre) you will be managing the delivery of project quality, aligning team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Data Centre Development Project Strategy. In doing so this role is integral to effective client relationship management and efficiency in quality assurance and control.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all quality control processes onsite, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team, and the contractor on all activities, including the schedule and partner engagement. 
• Identify and resolve issues and work your team. 
• Implement key project processes and procedures.
• Lead key meetings to monitor progress. 

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or demonstrated experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing, in a Data Centre or industrial construction environment.
• Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software. 
• Show adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to evolving project needs.
• Have a passion for quality, a deep understanding of project standards, and a mindset driven by continuous improvement.
