As IT Analyst, you will be working on infrastructure, tackling system vulnerabilities, managing digital assets, and ensuring the IT environment runs smoothly and securely. You will be challenged to investigate and report on business IT issues and deliver service level improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering IT services, including system and infrastructure support,
• Conducting updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas.
• Providing effective technical solutions to routine functional challenges.
• Addressing high priority issues/escalations from internal business partners.
• Assisting in the integration of hardware with the organization’s existing systems
• Supporting the project leader in developing and executing system test plans.
• Ensuring services achieve and maintain compliance to IT Security.

Requirements:

• An IT related degree or extensive ITSM / ITIL experience
• Excellent communication and change management acumen.
• Prior experience managing and resolving issues across multiple business units.
• Experience managing or working with global teams.
• Project Management experience

Desirable:

Knowledge of computer hardware, network support, interfacing of software, desktop support, telecommunications concepts, Data Base Management Systems, as well as the various programming languages.
