Fareham, Hampshire
£160 - £180 per day
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager based near Fareham, Hampshire.
This will initially be a 3-month contract – there could be potential for this to run longer however we can’t make any guarantees.
The day rate will range from £160 - £180 per day and the standard working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm.
Key responsibilities:
- To manage, lead, coach and motivate the warehouse teams to meet the business objectives of storage, handling, picking and loading of stock, WIP and finished goods, on time and in full, within cost and safely.
- To develop and implement processes, systems and disciplines throughout the operation which ensure robust standards are achieved and sustainable improvements are made in all aspects of the site’s performance.
- To provide and manage clear and frequent communication, ensuring consistent approach and performance improvement.
Key skills required:
- Must have strong warehouse management experience
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Ideally have experience managing multiple sites
