£36,000 - £42,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager based near Fareham, Hampshire.
This is going to be a permanent position and will pay up to £42,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
The hours are Monday Friday, 8:30am 16:30pm and you will be responsible for:
- Manage, coach and motivate the warehouse team
- Implement processes and systems
- Performance improvement
- Ensure the warehouse team meet business objectives
- Handling, picking and loading stock when required
- Working within budgets
Key skills required:
- Must have experience of managing a warehouse in the past (multi-site experience would be advantageous)
- Must have experience managing stock levels
- Have strong people management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff
