Job Description
You must be confident to hand place SMT parts accurately onto circuit assemblies, ensuring correct polarity of devices.
Be able to kit and de-kit SMT placements machines using Myplan kitting instructions and set up printing programs on automatic stencil printers.
Able to learn & operate computer controlled equipment.
Able to set up and operate the surface mount equipment.
All processes are to be run strictly in accordance with the process instructions provided in-conjunction with any unique setting as specified in the drawing pack provided (electronically) for each individual product.
These parameters (and the relevant process maintenance) will ensure that all products are completed in accordance with the company build standard.
Give feedback on any issues with the build process (including an in-ability to achieve the times stated for build) should be feedback to your supervisor.
You must have previous SMT experience demonstrated on your CV.
