Job Description
Essential experience - All candidates must have previous experience of stores or stock management gained in a Factory Goods In/Out or Despatch area of an engineering manufacturing company.
Duties include:
Materials handling
Processing parts through the Stores area
Handling all appropriate paperwork.
Stock counting - quickly and accurately
Checking stock/parts against paperwork
Recording information on the company computer system
Using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to record stock count
Completing all necessary paperwork
Picking and Packing when required
General housekeeping in the Stores Area
Any experience of using a Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck is very desirable - but not essential
Pay rate is £12/hr PAYE
37 hours per week
Start time is 7:30am
