We require a person to work within the Technical Support & Enquires office for our prestigious Manufacturer based on the outskirts of Brighton.
Service Co-ordinator / Administrator on a permanent basis.
JOB PURPOSE
This job requires the management of all incoming engineering & service related enquiries, from raising an inbound enquiry to support the team in the field to working with production and delivery of the required parts, machinery or services.
JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
Scheduling of field based machinery and factory returns with customer requirements
Quotation and Invoicing - Invoicing for intervention work
Updating, transferring & archiving documents on ERP system
Management of customer complaints, producing reports and chairing the meeting review.
To provide support to other team members and cover during holiday and absence
Progress updates to customers
JOB DUTIES:
The prospective candidate is required to have a working knowledge of Microsoft based applications. Word/ Excel etc
Also previous experience of working with ERP systems is a key requirement
The prospective candidate is required to be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral medium in English, any additional languages would be beneficial
Hours:8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £21,500
