Job Description
Deliverables -
- Uphold commercial requirements as advised by project management
- Act on instructions / directions issued by the Project QS with regards to the progress of the change element of the account on the project
- Evaluation of change and preparation of documents for submission to Client
- Attend change meetings with Client to progress agreement as directed/ required
- Contribute to / provide data for the maintenance of the change register
- Ensure recovery of value of change is maximized
- Liaise with operational teams to establish technical and operational impacts of change
- Monitor and report on site records availability and quality
- Identification and registration of new change
Requirements -
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to the tasks set
- Professional work ethic
- Good communication skills (written / verbal)
- Experience of change and claim evaluation on complex projects
- Knowledge of contract (JCT 2005 preferable)
