KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop existing business further
- Proactively target new business opportunities through researching the market
- Research potential business target clients to identify buying influences, need for Entechs services, use of competitors‘ services and plan the sales approach
- Establish contacts in potential client organisations and build and maintain positive relationships
- Carry out direct sales activities with the consultants, acting as a role model for staff, including preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients and following through the sales process
- Improve margin performance on all accounts, including introducing innovative ways of reducing costs of delivery without compromising standards of work to customers
- Ensure compliance requests are met throughout all contracts
- Create account plans with the aim of maximising revenue potential and exceeding client expectations
- Carry out regular service reviews with clients
