Job Description
The Sales Administrator supports the Sales team in preparing, managing and reporting commercial data/quotations. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Support price tracking, quoting design changes and RFQs
Full preparation and submission of quotations
Sales enquiry systems upkeep and development
Invoicing
Margin Checks
Communication with customer via email/telephone
Trial and service part orders
Continual improvement in current processes
New & current business preparation
Assist with sales month end reporting
Dealing with Company Current Customers and Clients regarding quotations and pricing
Experience and Skills Required:
Full preparation and submission of quotations
Sales enquiry systems upkeep and development
Invoicing and Quotations
Must have excellent MS Excel and word skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Driving licence
Engineering/Manufacturing experience will be a bonus not necessary.
