Job Description
A rapidly expanding medical device company based in Oxford are looking to hire you!
The successful candidate will be required to focus on the design, fabrication and characterisation of electrochemical microchips.
You will also be required to conduct research towards the improvement of electrode stability, selectivity and reliability.
The company operates with a large technically diverse team of scientists and engineers to integrate and optimise sensors for reliable operation with minimal user intervention.
Required Experience:
·knowledge of electrochemistry and electrochemical techniques
·Experience in electrode surface characterisation and methodology development.
·Practical lab-work experience.
·Assist CSO and CTO with specific phases of development projects.
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field from a leading university. Preferred PhD in electrochemistry.
You must be highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment of a rapidly expanding team, and work independently and as a part of a team.
