Responsibilities
- Leading FMEA activities within the assigned value stream
- Driving the use of FMEA during the RCCA events to reduce risk of process variation
- Qualified Auditor – Lead audits to the AS9100 standard.
- Plan, Execute all audits assigned, internal or supplier based
- Proactively assess supplier performance using Auditing and other quality tools
- Support the areas / departments in the closure of all Non Conformances raised to the timescales required
- Drive robust Quality Clinics within the assigned value stream
- Support Quality Clinics and assist in Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions.
- Drive the QC maturity assessment
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent ability to apply a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
- Advanced knowledge and ability to apply core concepts of engineering
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes or services
- Ability to explain a range of complex technical information
- Demonstrated analytical skills to proactively identify and solve problems
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
Pay Rate is £35/hr Umbrella
