Key Skills (if you tick most of these boxes, we want to hear from you!)
·Excellent understanding of quality improvement tools
·Practical experience in Quality Assurance
·Background in Manufacturing - Ideally volume, larger batch size or small intricate electro/mech Assemblies (larger or large scale engineered products will probably not be suitable, smaller mech or electro / mech assemblies / components ideal)
·Solid understanding of RCPS or RCCA tools and techniques
·Work with NPI team, performing studies on new equipment to establish control points and correct settings.
·Ability to analyse nonconforming data and make recommendations for process improvements.
·PPAP, Supplier development, Control Plans,
·Knowledge of quality system methodologies
·Good problem-solving abilities using systemic, logical, and sequential approaches
·Training in auditing techniques (advantageous, not essential)

The role is offering a competitive salary £33 - £37k, and will enable a person to develop and steer an exciting product & its Quality initiatives for years to come.
Although we have indicated a salary range, the client is open to justifiable applications outside of this on a case by case basis
