We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor based in Havant, Hampshire.
This is going to be a permanent positon and will pay up to £26,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
This will be a hands on role and you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the smooth running of areas
- Lead by example with regards to work rate and attitude
- Ensure practices and procedures are correct and adhered to
- Ensure all products are assembled to correct specifications
- Ensure work is clearly identified and paperwork completed
- Attend production and health and safety meetings
- Report directly in to Manufacturing Manager
- Identify training requirements
- Inform and guide the members of your team in the correct practices and procedures for their role.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience working within a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Experience within Sheet Metal/Assembly/Welding would be advantageous
- Must have a strong work ethic as this is a hands on supervisory position
