We are currently recruiting for a Production Shift Manager based in Andover, Hampshire.
This is going to be a permanent position, working Monday Friday on a 3 shift pattern and the salary will range from £36,000 - £38,000 per annum + shift allowance.
In this role, we are looking for someone that has experience managing production/manufacturing teams in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for someone that has a passion to motivate, develop and coach team members.
You will be expected to coach team members through any issues that may arise on the shop floor and in-turn this will develop their skills further.
