Hemel Hempstead
£15 PAYE or £20 Umbrella per hour
We are currently recruiting for Skilled Mechanical Fitters based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
This is going to be working on an on-going contractor basis paying either £15 PAYE or £20 Umbrella per hour.
As a Mechanical Fitter your duties will include:
- Light assembly work, all equipment/tools will be provided.
- Preparing pump frames (fitting sections, brackets etc).
- Making/building sub-assemblies (pneumatics, valves, pipe work, bending etc.)
- Fitting pipe runs into frames (predominantly 1 1/4 inch, stainless).
- Fitting heaters and insulation to pipe runs preparing the pumps.
Key skills required:
- Must have previous mechanical fitting experience
- Must be able to read engineering drawings
- Must have experience working within manufacturing
- Must be able to start ASAP
