Job Description
Candidates must have worked in Manufacturing before as a Materials Controller or Inventory Controller or Stock Controller.
All candidates must have used an MRP system before, possibly Excel, or ideally SAP (or similar).
Duties:
Review outstanding orders on SAP
Order and maintain spares / parts to satisfy customer requirements
Allocation of spares / parts to works orders
Progress internal and external rework
Processing data and updating information on the SAP system
Keep Bills of Materials up to date
Maintain customers' delivery dates on the system
Manipulate data from various sources to produce reports when required
Accountable for accuracy of material master data on SAP, accurate MRP reports and stock take records
Start time is 7:30am
37 hours per week
Pay rate is £12.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: minimum 6 months (probably 12 months)
