Are you a Manufacturing, Production or Manufacturing Process Engineer looking to work with a fast growing but established & successful Berkshire company
Do you have a background in Manufacturing process improvement with Electrical or Electronic assemblies or prodominetly electrically or electronic biased Electro/Mech products?

We are working with a locally based company looking to recruit a key player within their manufacturing engineering team. They are a Major local company supplying many some very well known and key Prime Contractors & OEMs across Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Rail, Petro chem & other high technology markets

They currently have a wealth of strength in the mechanical aspects of their build process & are now looking to add strength to the electrical systems & electronic build area of the manufacturing engineering team.

Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
£25 - £35k Salary
Key skills: works instructions, documentation, DFM, PFMEA, works instruction, electro / mech assembly manufacturing process improvement
I am currently recruiting for a well-rounded Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer with extensive experience of working in an Electrical, Electronic or Electro/Mech Assembly environment.
It is essential that you will have previously worked as a manufacturing engineer within a company manufacturing fully assembled electro / mech assemblies

The role is offered on a permanent basis, paying £30 - £35k.

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing support
Process improvement
New Product Implementation
Hands on shop floor involvement, including bottleneck resolution, assembly improvement, optimising cycle times, optimising assembly build times, optimising assembly staff
Manufacturing process improvement
Producing Works Instructions

The successful candidate would be expected to have demonstrated significant electrical system or electronic manufacturing process improvement projects throughout their experience.

Alternatively the client would consider an improver with some electrical or electronics manufacturing engineering experience looking to expand their skill base & experience
