The IT Team has an opening for an IT Factory Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you will work with the manufacturing and supporting business partners to enable efficient manufacturing and business practices through support of various IT infrastructure equipment, including network equipment, factory controllers, servers, desktops, phones, and conference room equipment, including coordination of system deployments and upgrades.


Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

·Main IT technical contact for deployment of Stafford Factory Systems and Factory expansion activities
·Troubleshooting of various factory IT systems
·Troubleshooting network issues and developing network maps for the facility
·Coordinating Stafford network upgrades with Enterprise network teams
·Providing required support for Enterprise IT security initiatives
·Being first point of escalation for Stafford IT Incidents, Problem Management, Desktop, and Phone requirements
·Supporting the business with respect to relevant elements of IT audit compliance and action plans
·Co-ordinating/facilitating IT server and system upgrades and changes
·Managing Windows Active Directory for Stafford accounts
·Approving access to operational Share Drives
·Managing conference room IT equipment
·Occasional off-shift/weekend work installing/upgrading IT infrastructure equipment


Required Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of experience supporting IT in a production environment
* Windows Server Administration experience including application support
* Windows Desktop Support experience
* Experience with Windows Active Directory, including OU maintenance, User and Computer Groups, and GPO development.
* Experience with TCP/IP networking including configuration and connection of network switches with multiple VLANs and firewalled networked segments.


Long term ongoing contract
£23-£25 (Ltd) per hour.
