Do you have a strong background in using computers, databases & spreadsheets for tracking of goods & materials?
We have an opportunity with a local company, to become a major influence on their Stores, preparation and logging of materials used on the shopfloor manufacturing process.
Company based on outskirts of Bedford require a Stores person or Material Controller.
Although we are looking for a demonstrable background in one of the following areas, we are also keen to consider applicants who have an administration bias, but willing to learn and adapt in a role.
If you can demonstrate good computer skills, good database admin skills, good use of spreadsheets/excel etc. we would like to hear from you!
Equally if your background falls into one of the following areas, we would also like to hear from you
- Goods in / Goods out
- Stores or Kitting of parts for manufacturing
- despatch of manufactured goods
- Good in Inspection skills
- booking goods / parts in & out of stores
- Computer literacy, understanding of basic supply chains & supply chain planning
If you can offer experience from any of the above industries / work places and can also demonstrate the following skills, we are very interested in hearing from you
Preferred skills

Booking in / booking out system or MRP/ERP Systems
good computer literacy
Understanding of Manufacturing Supply chains
Salary £18 - £22k (doe)
