Fixed term contract (equivalent to £45K) or daily rate (£250 Ltd) available
9 months. To support a business move
Key experience needed: TUPE and consultations, working with unions, company restructure or move
The role will be supporting the current permanent HRBP, focussing on a specific project (site move), hence the need for relevant TUPE experience
You will be specifically responsible for managing employee relations issues relating to restructuring, organisational design, redundancy, TUPE, site consolidation and site relocation
If you have done the above within a manufacturing environment, then so much the better, however it is not essential
This is a key role and as such crucial to the business
The contract will run the lifetime of the site move (from South East Birmingham to North East Coventry)
An immediate start is available however the client will wait for the right candidate
