We have deliberately kept this description brief as we are looking to attract multiple people who can fit in to one of these project teams for a prestigious client to contribute to the design and development of electrical and electronic control systems for controlled machinery and machine prime products developed and produced in Europe.
Key Skills required
·Electronics Controls engineering experience of:
oCollecting customer requirements
oDocumenting technical specifications,
oDeveloping features and integrating them in machine or engine embedded software (eg. power, display support, fan control)
oCompletion of Documentation of verification testing.
·Work with colleagues and process partner teams to develop and document requirements for engine controls and software for the small and medium diesel engines
·Take responsibility for delivering accurate, high quality requirements documentation to the controls / software development process and downstream users of the engine control software.
·Work with colleagues and process partners to create calibration guides to support calibration work on control developed by the team.
·Experience of control software processes and tools.
·Some familiarity with functional safety requirements.
Support the creation of AECD (auxiliary emissions control device) documentation to support successful certification for production
This role is likely to suit a recently qualified Electronics Control System Engineer, looking to work with a large well established organisation.
