Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking individual to increase our digital marketing footprint as well as someone to help look after our ATS/CRM database system.
An exciting opportunity has opened up for someone to create and maintain digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

A typical day will include:
- Developing the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and client acquisition
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written)
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic and leads
- Developing Paid Social Media and PPC campaigns to support business objectives
- Managing efforts in building and monitoring online reviews
- Analyzing key metrics and tweaking the digital strategy as needed
- Compiling reports for management showing results (ROI)
- Writing blogs and keeping the news sections updated
- Researching and analysing social media trends
- Helping to develop, administer, maintain and update the ATS/CRM system, documenting critical processes.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the website and database are up to date
Candidate profile:
- Highly creative and technically skilled, the candidate will be comfortable blogging, tweeting and driving our social media strategy and increasing our brand presence on social media
- Experienced in Corporate Social Media Marketing is highly advantageous but not a necessity
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent copywriting skills to ensure high standards of spelling and grammar
- Highly motivated with a confident approach
- Excellent knowledge of social media and varying social media platforms
- Highly ambitious, energetic and focused
