Your new company
Our Client is an expanding construction and maintenance company focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and customers across the south of England.

Hampshire County Council's asset maintenance contract has been a great new journey for our client in the last year and has opened up the opportunity to work with even more education, leisure and heritage buildings. Our team is responsible for ensuring that a quality repair is carried out on every visit, leaving buildings safe and ready for the public.

Your new role
To ensure the successful delivery of the Contract(s) and ad hoc workflows you are responsible for by achieving Company Business objectives (financial and qualitative) and Client service delivery standards.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a strong Contract Manager with experience delivering successful contracts with exceptional service and commercial performance. You will need to lead and motivate a team ensuring that the company's ethos and values are prevalent in all that we do and ensure that our Health and Safety culture is followed by not just your direct team but also your wider supply chain.

• Degree, Diploma, HNC in a construction, business or management discipline (desirable)
• Experience in property maintenance environment
• Strong people management and client relationship management skills.
