Job Description

We are currently working on behalf of one of our client who need a new Bid / Technical Coordinator working from our clients Farringdon office. The role would ideally suit someone who has 3 years site experience but is looking for a change of direction and possibly stepping into a office environment. The work will be diverse but will mostly be within the demolition, piling, bulk excavation and basement construction market.

The role would be within the preconstruction team and would require the following;
  • Reviewing tender information.
  • Producing method statements, plans of work, sequence sketches.
  • Producing of programmes - Training will be given.
  • Producing mid bid and post bid presentations
  • Helping with a estimating by carrying out take offs and working out volumes.

As the candidate you will need to be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and a working understanding of Sketch up would also be fantastic.
