The role would be within the preconstruction team and would require the following;
- Reviewing tender information.
- Producing method statements, plans of work, sequence sketches.
- Producing of programmes - Training will be given.
- Producing mid bid and post bid presentations
- Helping with a estimating by carrying out take offs and working out volumes.
As the candidate you will need to be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and a working understanding of Sketch up would also be fantastic.
