An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Administrator to join our innovative and dynamic client. You will bring your passion and enthusiasm to work with you to provide administration support for the Account Management Team and supporting the day to day admin.
The job duties will include but not be limited to:
·Assist the Account Management Department with day to day administration tasks.
·Representing the department at regular intercompany meetings
·Investigating and responding to client queries
·Updating department documents/templates
·Provide administration support for department/client projects
·Managing office and production supplies and parts.
·Data entry and operation of SAP
·General administration duties such as - Hotel Bookings for staff, travel etc
Experience Required:
·5 years minimum administration experience
·Experience of working within the pharmaceutical or medical sector or, relevant industry knowledge or qualifications
·Experience with SAP
