Job Description
You will be responsible for handling their managed services accounts, ensuring effective relationship management as well as able to grow the business through an existing network and new business, you will be coming from a managed service provider or are working in technical IT Sales currently and will have knowledge handling a large account book with low client churn. A successful candidate will have vast experience in end user sales.
This role is City based and will be an internal role.
Responsibilities:
• Work and report to the Senior Sales Manager to ensure customer relationship & customer expectation levels are met
• Engage SME accounts at a senior level to maintain and build on existing client relationships to ensure effective subscription maintenance. • Meet with clients, travelling to site to understand technical requirements and forthcoming project
Establish and grow accounts and GP to a high level with end user customers.
